Meanwhile, two men with lots of money are buying up land in Patagonia and Maine/New Hampshire to preserve. A lot of undeveloped land...

They want to preserve trees and waterways but with the goal to make money through eco-tourism. I hope they learn from successful places that have done same like Banff and Jasper Alberta, Canada.
