I woke dreaming that Oprah reported on the evening news that Obama was bringing troops home from Iraq, which makes me think (since many of my dreams come true) that Obama will win the November election.

U.S. deserter wins appeal in fight for refugee status.
"Military action which systematically degrades, abuses or humiliates either combatants or non-combatants is capable of supporting a refugee claim where that is the proven reason for refusing to serve," wrote Canadian Justice Robert Barnes about the refuge status application of Joshua Key.
Mr. Key, a former private in the U.S. Military deserted in 2003 after taking part on raids on 70 civilian Iraqi homes where he witnessed "a disturbing level of brutality."
