A handful of gainfully employed men will blow up the Mulholland Bridge over the busiest stretch of 405 freeway in the world. I'm downwind within 1/2 mile. So I imagine dust will fly. Air quality in surrounding neighborhoods may be impacted. A heavier fine particulate load from backed-up automobiles and trucks navigating local streets may occur.
On the otherhand, everyone may leave town before July 15th or stay home.
