Los Angeles Dept. of Water and Power will have a community meeting to discuss their budget and you're invited.

Consider money needed to fund clean energy. Consider your lungs. Consider the next generation.

Clean air versus budget is a modern day dilemma in need of a creative response: Do we pay lip service to clean energy/clean air, or put money and man-power behind the idea, which may involve a rate increase in tough economic times?
