Exit Through Lobby is the name of James Surowiecki's climate change & business piece in the October 19, 2009 edition of The New Yorker.
In Exit Through Lobby Surowiecki observes major American corporations abandoning the U.S. Chamber of Commerce due to clashes in climate change philosophy.
Just last week, Apple announced that it would quit the U.S. Chamber
of Commerce because of the Chamber’s opposition to global-warming
legislation. Apple joins a growing list of major U.S. companies, including PG&E, PNM Resources and Nike to put climate change legislation over business as usual.
